Bed and Breakfast Policy

Rates per night, based on double occupancy.
No more than two may occupy a room.
Regular rates include continental plus breakfast.
Reservations held by Visa, MasterCard, American Express or Discovery.
A deposit equal to first nights stay is required.
Final payment by Visa, MasterCard, American Express, or check is required
prior to arrival.
Check-in 3 to 8 p.m., unless otherwise arranged.
Check-out by 11 a.m., some extension granted if no other guests are
checking in on that day (2:00 p.m. max.).
Minimum two night stay.
Minimum three night stay on certain holiday and event weekends.
Children  over 13 years only - upon special request
No pets / No smoking.
Seven day notice required for no-charge cancellation.
With less than two day notice, the first night of the stay will be charged to the
guest.
Sales tax and lodging tax is an additional charge.
